Terms of Use

SelfVet is a veterinary organization and management service operated by the company identified in this document. It may include owners, pets, appointments, routes, clinical records, vaccines, documents, libraries and financial management. Features depend on plan, country, platform and version; inclusion in the service does not establish regulatory authorization for any professional activity.

These Terms govern use of SelfVet. The Data Processing Addendum governs data processed on behalf of the professional, and the Privacy Policy explains SelfVet’s own purposes. Contracting and any acceptance follow the flow actually available to the user. Publishing these documents on the website does not create a new acceptance screen in the app. Advertising choices are separate from contracting.

Users must have capacity to contract, provide accurate details, protect credentials and use the service within their professional authorization and applicable law. Unauthorized access must be reported to support. SelfVet may restrict fraudulent or unlawful uses through proportionate measures that preserve applicable rights.

SelfVet supports organization and does not replace diagnosis, clinical judgment or professional advice. Users must review content and recipients before sharing or printing. Prescriptions, examination requests and other technical features may remain unavailable in countries under validation. Professionals must check local requirements for any documents they use.

Professionals must have a lawful basis for entering owners’ and other individuals’ data and provide privacy information where required. They must enter only what is necessary, respect confidentiality and retain records required by their profession. SelfVet’s processing on their behalf follows the addendum; these responsibilities do not remove SelfVet’s own obligations.

Prices, limits, any trial, renewal and billing terms are shown in the offer and responsible store. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by those platforms, with RevenueCat supporting access entitlement verification. Cancellations and refunds follow the purchase channels and applicable statutory rights. Cancelling a subscription does not delete the account or its records.

Routes and address searches may transmit the information necessary for a request to the maps provider. Sharing through WhatsApp, calendars, email or files is chosen by the user and is also subject to the recipient’s rules. Shared calendar links must be treated as credentials: anyone receiving a valid link may access its content. Review included data and revoke access when necessary.

SelfVet must adopt technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk, as described in the addendum. Maintenance, connectivity or third-party services may cause interruptions. Users must protect their devices and use available exports for professional continuity. These Terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited or promise absolute availability or security.

Users may use account deletion in the app and request access, export or erasure through the privacy contact. Support checks the scope of removal across documents, attachments, integrations and any residual copies, under the Policy and addendum. Legal obligations and third-party rights may justify limited, disclosed retention. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means; renewed acceptance will be requested where needed, with access to the applicable version. These conditions respect applicable Brazilian law and mandatory data protection and user protections that govern the relationship in the user’s country.
